Aside from stage equipment and assorted personal items - including furniture - from the label’s archives, the auction features a number of electric and acoustic guitars and amplifiers from White's personal collection. Say what you will about Jack White’s technique, he is a modern guitar icon. Being known for his two-piece guitar-drum work means he’s working overtime to fill in the bass, guitar and vocals slots.
Jack White’s pedal choices not only contain the essential effects that allow him to fill out the sound, notably with octave effects, but also all match to a certain color scheme! All of his pedalboards follow a color pattern. In the White Stripes, all of the pedals are white or red, similar to his band’s chosen colors. While he seems to favor pedals with those colors, he’ll also paint certain pedals to line up with the palette. The most interesting look however is most certainly his Raconteurs pedalboard, which he had all pedals finished in copper, a service provided by AnalogMan.
Jack White seems to keep relatively the same pedals throughout his bands’ careers. However, it is between his different bands that you will the bigger differences in the Jack White’s pedalboard components.

Jack White Gear – Octave Pedals
The octave effect is one of the most important sounds for Jack White, especially during his two-piece performances. Khaaneph fleet pack download free. Being so familiar with octave pedals, he also employs them when he plays full band.
Dunlop Wah Pedal
Two octave pedals have been used on all his pedalboards: the Digitech Whammy and the Electro-Harmonix POG. For the latter, it seems that he has used the original Electro-Harmonix POG, now out of production, though has switched to the Micro-POG. Not only are these pedals the most popular for this effect, they are also painted in his original pedalboard palette (Red and White), though they were eventually bronzed for his time with the Ranconteurs, and painted white during his Dead Weather time.
